Paris Country Club is a family-centric sanctuary, boasting a sublime swimming pool and a captivating nine-hole golf course meticulously crafted by Jay Gordon Bennett. Serving as a celebrated venue for various events, it’s a favored location for weddings, anniversaries, engagements, unique celebrations, social gatherings, class reunions, festive Christmas parties, and significant family milestones. The Club has been the canvas upon which thousands of cherished memories have been painted over the years, establishing itself as a cornerstone for joy and celebration.

The club’s golf course, spanning 3,189 yards from the longest tees (doubling to 6,378 yards when played twice), offers golf enthusiasts a challenging par-36 game. Conceived and brought to life by the vision of Jay Gordon Bennett in 1957, the course has a rating of 35.7 and a slope rating of 124, providing a stimulating and engaging experience for golfers of various skill levels.

Beyond its illustrious sporting and fitness activities, members of the Paris Country Club also relish in the Club’s exquisite dining options, available both indoors and alfresco. The Club offers exclusive meeting, social, and lounge areas, along with culinary delights prepared by our chef, ranging from classic Parisian recipes to unique, personal dishes.

With a membership count oscillating between 250 and 300, the Club hosts a variety of interclub events and a select number of public events, with golf tournaments like the renowned Fish Fry and 2-Man being staples in its history. These tournaments draw enthusiasts from Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, and East Nashville, all eager to partake in the unparalleled experiences offered by the Club.

The clubhouse has undergone various transformations over the years, with the most significant change occurring post a fire incident in 2005 that led to a comprehensive renovation. A minor restoration was undertaken within the clubhouse in 2019 to enhance the visual appeal of various departments, following a tornado that hit the golf course in February 2018. These changes underline the Club’s commitment to providing an appealing and modern space for members, their guests, and private events hosted at the Club. As we look toward the future, our focus remains on what we can offer and improve for our members and guests alike, always aiming to host unforgettable private events.
